All sales are final unless damaged or defective upon arrival (see Section 6)

Pay all associated charges, taxes, and fees
We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities of any order at our discretion.
4. Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed via third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). Hive & Hue Creative does not store your credit card or payment details. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.
5. Shipping & Fulfillment
We use print-on-demand fulfillment partners to create and ship your order. Shipping times vary based on location and product type. You will receive a confirmation and tracking email when your order ships.
Hive & Hue Creative is not responsible for:
Delays caused by carriers or customs
Packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
6. Returns & Replacements
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at Hiveandhuecreative@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
7. Intellectual Property
All artwork, logos, product designs, photography, and written content on this website are the exclusive property of Hive & Hue Creative unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
8. User-Submitted Content
If you share feedback, product photos, testimonials, or tag us on social media:
You grant Hive & Hue Creative a non-exclusive right to repost or share your content for marketing purposes
